RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online or in-store purchase, Destination XL will exchange or refund the purchase price plus any tax you paid in the original method of payment for your return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition within 90 days of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. Custom clothing (suits, suit separates, jackets and dress shirts) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless there is a material defect. Gift cards cannot be returned. All LivingXL (Home & Living) products have a separate Return Policy.
Merchandise returned after 90 days of purchase (which must otherwise comply with the specific terms in the paragraph above; that is, unworn, unlaundered and in salable condition) with or without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit that reflects the item's lowest price within the last 30 days, including all applicable discounts and promotions, plus tax.
Specific merchandise return policies may also apply. We reserve the right to refuse any return. ID may be required in connection with any return or exchange made to a store.
For the quickest processing of your web or phone order exchange, fill out the return/exchange form and use the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label ($7.50 will be charged against your original method of payment for using the pre-paid shipping label). If you do not have a return label, you can download and print a label. Please record your tracking number for reference and bring the package to your nearest UPS drop-off location. We will ship your replacement item(s) within the continental U.S. at no additional charge. Any refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
The $7.50 pre-paid shipping label cost will be waived on item(s) returned within 90 days for damaged/defective merchandise or exchange orders only.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition within 90 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. Returns of unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition after 90 days with or without a receipt or packing slip will be issued a merchandise credit that reflects the item's lowest price within the last 30 days, including all applicable discounts and promotions, plus tax.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
International orders must be returned via Borderfree and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Borderfree will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise at the international hub.
Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. We cannot refund duties, taxes and tariffs if an item is returned directly to one of our retail stores. We do not offer free returns on international orders.
