ITEMS PURCHASED ON-LINE MUST BE RETURNED ON-LINE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIVINGXL RETURNS TO ANY OF OUR STORES.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, LivingXL will accept most returns and exchanges in salable condition within 90 days of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. Some items, typically those shipped directly from the manufacturer, must be returned within 30 days of package receipt (please refer to on-line product details).
The full purchase price, with applicable tax, will be refunded in the original method of payment. Merchandise returned after 90 days of purchase with or without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit that reflects the item's lowest price within the last 30 days, including all applicable discounts and promotions, plus tax.
Specific merchandise return policies and restocking fees may also apply (please refer to on-line product details). We reserve the right to refuse any return.
For the quickest processing of your web or phone order exchange, fill out the return/exchange form and contact us at Customer Service. Bring your package to a shipping carrier service of your choice. Please be sure to record any tracking number for reference. We will ship your replacement item(s) within the continental U.S. at no additional charge.
Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of assembled merchandise, absent a material defect in the product.

Any refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges as well as surcharges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order or the product has a material defect.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Due to health and safety concerns, some personal care products cannot be returned and no refunds can be issued for such items.
Furniture and bicycle returns must be in their original packaging and shipping carton and most will be charged a restocking fee (please refer to on-line product details), which will be deducted from your refund. Some furniture and bicycle returns may also require pickup by UPS or a trucking company.
