Bought larger than current pants that are the same brand. These are tighter at the inseam area. Also one pair needs mended since one of the expanding waist came apart.

Comments about Harbor Bay® Waist-Relaxer® Flat-Front Twill Pants:

Pants bought last Novmember and early March seem to fit well. I erred on the length of the (2) navy (March 7) and first (2) pair of Khakis. (Ordered 36 in-seam and not 38 in-sea.)The 2nd (2) pair of khakis were ordered the correct length. Hopefully I will be able to return the first (2) pair at a nearby DXL which did not have the size I required for my son available in their store.

No, the cuff is an additional alteration. Items ordered with an inseam measurement will be hemmed to that inseam.

My husband wears them as casual pants and I don't iron. But if you want a crisper look or creases, you'll have to do the extra work. They do wrinkle somewhat, but that's what I'd expect in casual cotton slacks.

Inseam is measured from the bottom of the cuff, along the inside seam to the bottom of the crotch. If you are trying to measure your inseam by yourself, take a pair of well-fitting pants of a similar style, lay them flat on a hard surface or table. and measure from the bottom of the pants, along the inside seam to the crotch.

The rise is measures from the center point of the inseam, to the top of the waist band. Rise on a regular pair of pants is usually around 12 inches. Anything above that is a long rise.
